Next in our Bikram posture video series: Half Tortoise

The latest in our Bikram posture series is a video explanation of Ardha-Kurmasana, or Half Tortoise. It’s a blockbuster of a posture, strengthening core muscles of the abs and back while sending much-needed blood to the brain. Watch BYM teacher Amanda Baisinger demonstrate while Raffael Pacitti explains the posture and its many benefits.
